For all countries outside of the United States, a weight-based software gathers shipping rates from all common shipping carriers and offer a handful of the lowest rates available for buyers to choose. We carefully review rates provided by our logistics partners to ensure that we’re offering the best value we can offer to our buyers around the world.
To track your order, reply to your original order confirmation email or email us at [email protected] with your order ID and we’ll be happy to provide the tracking number to you.
You are never charged for a delivery that failed before it reached you.
If the carrier cannot complete the delivery — nobody available, or an address that is incomplete or no longer current — we will contact you while the package is still with them, with that carrier’s own redelivery and pickup options. That is the fastest fix and it costs you nothing.
If the package comes back to us, we refund your order, or you place a new order with a corrected address — whichever you prefer. All Ozonenator sales are final, but that applies to an order you received. A package that never reached you is refunded in full.
We will not send a second package to an address that has already failed. A second parcel to the same address fails in the same way, so if the address itself is the problem it has to change before anything ships again.
