Your parcel needs one step from you

The carrier has your order and could not complete the delivery. They need someone to tell them when or where to try again — and only you can do that.

You do not need to send us anything. The parcel is with the carrier, and only the carrier can reschedule it. Replying to us adds a day and ends with this same instruction.

The fastest route is to arrange it with them directly, using the tracking number in the email that brought you here.

USPS

USPS lets you book a redelivery yourself, and it is the fastest route — requests made before 2am CT can be redelivered the same day.
